Abstract

Background: Family support is a process that occurs continuosly throuhout the life span of humans. Family support is an attitude, action, and acceptance of the family towards family members. Research Objective: To determine the correlation between family support and anxiety levels in breast cancer patients in RSPAU dr. S Hardjolukito Hospital Yogyakarta. Research method: This study was a quantitative analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with 38 research samples. Result: The results of the bivariate test using Spearman Rank statistically had a correlation coefficient of 0.154 with a significant level of p-value of 0,638>0,05.
